The most common reason for bad breath, though, is poor dental hygiene, which can be reversed quickly.

Brushing and flossing properly can be an important part of preventing bad breath. Similarly, if bad bacteria are the cause of your bad breath, you could consider using a tongue scraper to keep your breath fresh.
